iPhones selling-out despite glitch

Jul. 2 – Apple stores in New York City and parts of California found it hard to keep the new iPhone in stock despite activation problems.According to some analysts estimates, Apple sold about 500,000 of the combination phone, mobile internet device and portable media player in the opening weekend.
